I provide individual therapy for teens and adults seeking support with difficult emotions, relationships, personal growth, and major life changes.

Areas of support include:

Anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem
Anger and emotional regulation

Trauma-focused therapy for teens
Problematic or compulsive pornography use
support for teens with problematic sexual behaviors

Therapy is available in English and Spanish.
I also provide extreme hardship immigration evaluations in English.

Specialized Services and Training

I have additional training and experience in trauma-focused treatment, adolescent sexual behavior concerns, compulsive pornography use, and immigration-related psychological evaluations.

TF-CBT trained for teens who have experienced trauma
Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC), which is awarded to professionals who complete specialized training in addressing harmful sexual behaviors among youth
Support for men struggling with compulsive pornography use
Currently completing additional training in sex therapy
Extreme hardship immigration evaluations
Experience Facilitating Therapy Groups such as Men’s Support Groups, Pornography Support Groups, and Seeking Safety Groups which is focused on developing healthy coping skills for individuals impacted by trauma and substance use
